You know what? I love that this school is so very full of beautiful women. I had never really noticed before. I mean, I noticed the lively minds and quick wit of some of my peers, like Lucy obviously, but just today, I couldn't help but see some of my other classmates in a whole new light.

While it's good to be home at times, I'm really feeling the stress of the year winding down. It's good to be a part of the Hogwarts team, in however small a capacity, but it has definitely been a year of ups and downs. I think being able take time to remember why we do work so hard is good.

I sure am glad to not have a baby to care for anymore though.

It was so fun at the Goldstein's bonfire before school this summer, I thought it would be good to do another one at the end of spring break. You know, I might potentially be jinxing myself here, but I am really thinking that this week is going really well. I like the new project in Herbology with mimbulus mimbletonia. I know it might seem weird to have an affinity for stink sap, but every plant has it's use.

I'm also really excited for the game coming up. I don't really play, and I hope I don't have to because it would mean a team member was injured, but I just can't help being thrilled with how Hogwarts is looking in practice. I look forward to cheering us to victory!

I am actually really excited about Apparation lessons. I love flying, and I think I will still prefer flying to any other form of travel, but I won't deny that apparation is really convenient and seems like a right of passage. The second lessons, I don't want to think about. I'm sure Zest will be fine and we're maybe over thinking our concerns but there's just so much embarrassment I can handle at a time.

Thank you for asking me to Hogsmeade. I've been having a nice time spending time with you. You can make me laugh, and I always know you're being yourself and genuine. I got this invitation...well, it's expected that I will be at this ball thing thrown by that girl Essie. All of us players have to go. And I don't want to go by myself. That was quite the excellent game! I feel a little bad for Beauxbatons...as a Chaser, it's always a little frustrating to have played a great game and lose because the other team caught that snitch first. Well, now I've been interviewed by Ginny Potter, so this game seems real. I'll hopefully just be sitting on the bench the whole time (hate to think about someone getting hurt) but I'll be cheering louder than anyone. You should see how amazing the team is looking, we're all in for a big treat.

Halloween has always been my favorite holiday. I love the feast, I love pumpkins, and I love dressing up. I think our costume choice is particularly good this year, and I'm excited to see everyone else all dressed up. I wonder if the other schools celebrate Halloween quite like we do here.

Okay, I wasn't going to say anything about it, but now I'm just weirded out and I have to get this off my chest. So, I like Lucy, right? And I was confused and sitting in the Common Room and Ophelia came up and was trying to help (I think) and somehow, she kissed me! My first kiss was Ophelia kissing me, and I sat there like a carp and I think it was not good and now I'm even more miserable. I didn't want Ophelia kissing me! BUH. He even said he was going to try and get something in the Prophet, but that's way too much attention. I'm sure there will be more reason for that once the games start.
